The Dukes Head in Wallington is a pleasant pub on what was the village green. Wallington has expanded somewhat from when the pub was built in the mid 1800's and the village is now part of Greater London. Wallington station isn't far and it's a fairly painless journey into the centre of London, or Gatwick Airport for that matter. It's a Young's pub so the beers are good and the accommodation of a reasonable standard.
